Project Overview

We developed a next-generation e-commerce platform using a headless approach. By decoupling the frontend (Next.js) from the backend commerce engine, we achieved lightning-fast page loads and the flexibility to deliver content across web, mobile, and IoT devices seamlessly.

The Challenge

The retailer's existing platform was a traditional monolithic e-commerce system that couldn't keep pace with changing customer expectations. Page load times were slow, mobile experience was poor, and they couldn't quickly adapt their storefront for seasonal campaigns or new sales channels.
